Cancel an order
You can cancel an order until 24 hours from the order placed time to cancel the order. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. within 2 days an order to cancel your order please send an email to care@clotham.com

Cancellation policy

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@clotham.com or call us on +91 9427524057 (monday to saturday, 9AM to 7PM)
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refund Process
Refund will be initiated when we receive your product at our warehouse and after inspection of the product, we’ll notify you when the product receive at our warehouse
For prepaid orders refund will be initiated on the same payment account
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer NEFT within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods. You have to share your accounts details on care@clotham.com with your order number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
